ISN Corp is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Alternate Project Manager (PM) to oversee, manage, and support a multi-disciplined work force performing facility maintenance functions to include preventative maintenance and scheduled and emergency repairs for property types consisting of dormitories, commercial kitchen, offices, classrooms, sports fields, as well as for mechanicals, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This position is a full time, on-site during normal working hours, and must be available within 2 hours, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for emergency response. 

The APM will be required to step in as acting PM during his/her absences for illness, vacation, etc., and needs to be knowledgeable of federal government contract operations, serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, and be responsible for overseeing the management of personnel, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, compliance, and overall responsibility for contract and task order performance. 


 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a PM or Engineering Manager of a multi-disciplined workforce performing facilities maintenance functions and support
  • Knowledgeable with overseeing property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards
  • Work well with government personnel to coordinate facility support issues
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication with vendors, government personnel, and internal management
  • Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship and be able to pass a background check
  • PREFERRED but not required: previously worked on a federal government contract managing commercial property


 


 

Education: Must possess at least one of the following.


  • 4-year engineering degree from an accredited college OR
  • Any combination of five (5) additional years of commercial property experience as a journeyman craftsman in construction or facility engineering fields, design or construction management in the engineering field, construction or facility related experience in the business field as it relates to either HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hazardous material or waste regulations, fire systems to include alarms and sprinklers
