We serve many meals a day inside our restaurants, and we actively serve our local community in other ways, from schools to fundraisers, to volunteering, we are there.
This position requires availability to work the late-night shift (between the hours of 9pm-7am) seven days a week. Schedules are completed on a 6-week basis so there is plenty of time to plan for work/ life balance.
The Overnight Shift Support Manager leads shifts every week, making sure guests get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. This person is also responsible for performing tasks to close the restaurant and cash out the system for the day. The kitchen, service, and dining room areas have specific items to be completed at close, working with the staff towards completion is a must. The morning shift serves a lot of people who are in a hurry, it's important they start the day with a clean and stocked restaurant, so they can start serving guests immediately.
