Job description

Enterprise Integration Developer
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to improve how enterprise systems work together for employees and for agents? As an Enterprise Integration Developer, you understand the importance of connecting applications, data, and workflows in a way that is reliable and maintainable.
On our team, you'll support the design and development of integration solutions that connect core business systems, internal platforms, and emerging AI-enabled services. Your work will focus on building cross-application workflows, automation, and reusable integration services across the enterprise.
You'll work with technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST APIs, messaging and event platforms, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure to develop and support integrations in production. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, platform owners, and business stakeholders to implement solutions aligned to business processes and operational needs.
In this role, you'll help improve data flow across systems and contribute to automation and integration solutions that support internal operations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience building or supporting enterprise integrations or APIs
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms, internal applications, or legacy systems using APIs or messaging patterns
  • Experience working with REST APIs and common integration patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and supporting deployment of integration solutions
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices for integration services
  • Knowledge of integration security fundamentals, including authentication and secure API usage
  • Ability to work from technical designs and business requirements to develop, test, and support integration solutions
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Experience with automated integration testing tools such as MUnit
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor
  • Experience integrating AI or LLM-based services into enterprise workflows
  • Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Event Grid
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
