Position Summary
The Integration Services Engineer is responsible for delivering software solutions that meet or exceed customer project requirements. These software solutions will primarily be centered on installing, configuring, and customizing one or more of DocMagic's products and/or services. The Integration Service Engineer I will provide effective and efficient service to internal and external clients. The Integration Services Engineer I must have at all times, a friendly and positive attitude when answering calls, assisting customers and in the work environment. This position will follow the policies and procedures of the department in order to drive the company vision.
Essential Functions

  • Provide 3rd level support regarding interface-related issues.
  • Collaborate with commercial LOS and POS partners and their support teams to maintain and improve DocMagic service offering.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on the implementation of DocMagic Products and Services.
  • Work with Relationship Managers and support teams to identify and resolve interface issues.
  • Collaborate with Compliance on product enhancements to meet new regulatory requirements.
  • Share knowledge with DocMagic teams to improve competency with commercial integrations.
  • Partner with the Delivery team to implement product enhancements across the full portfolio of DocMagic products.
  • Participate in authoring various integration and interface guides, including DocMagic Direct Web Service Guides and LOS Interface Guides.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years integration or client services experience.
  • 4+ years demonstrated success in Business-to-Business integration skills.
  • 4+ years technical proficiency across a range of software products and platforms.
  • Proficiency in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficiency with other software tools relevant to system integrations (e.g., XML validation tools), with the ability to read and understand code at a high level.
  • Mortgage industry experience and knowledge preferred.
