Position Summary

Provides strategic leadership to support the company's overall objectives by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives, for the Supply Chain Organization. Acts as a strategic business partner through support of and alignment with other internal functional groups. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.

Defines overall Supply Chain vision and strategies, in conjunction with multiple functions. Develops high level policies and objectives. Develops model for total cost of ownership for Supply Chain. Oversees Supply Chain function of a business unit, ensuring goals and objectives are consistently attained. Ensures communication channels are appropriate and effective. Educates and promotes Supply Chain development and success across the business. Ensures strong relationship between suppliers and engineering personnel to drive total cost productivity through concise and clear specifications, standardization, and consolidation. Ensures strategic alignment with business partners. Directs simplification, standardization, and process improvements for Supply Chain. Develops Supply Chain staff competencies to ready staff for future growth opportunities. Typically Bachelor Degree in a related field and 10+ years related experience or an Associate Degree in a related field And 5+ years in a leadership role.Advanced Degree preferred.Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.May be required to maintain security clearance

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is

$176,384.00 - $220,480.00.

Ultra Maritime considers multiple factors when determining final compensation, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, a candidate's relevant experience and education, certifications and training, as well as current business and market conditions.
