Job Summary:
The Operations and Supply Chain Development Analyst assists in the development and analysis of the end-to-end Supply Chain, working on a broad range of projects to develop new capabilities, optimize and codify standard processes, and create new frameworks to scale the organization globally. This position requires a future leader who excels in ambiguity and complexity and is comfortable in multi-functional and diverse team dynamics. You will work with a variety of teams across the company to generate creative solutions to complex business problems and deliver meaningful results. This role will also be critical in leading change management to support organizational transformation and growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Extracts information from various databases to model hypotheses and develop a portfolio of cross-functional, global initiatives to deliver extraordinary customer experiences, drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and execute consistent, disciplined program management.
  • Enables standardization of global processes and systems.
  • Defines, analyzes, and communicates metrics that have direct influence on key corporate performance goals; benchmarks these metrics against external best practices.
  • Influences change through leaders of multiple projects to ensure successful outcomes of project deliverables.
  • Assists in creating strategic roadmaps that link operations supply chain initiatives to the vision.
  • Assists in resources and policy formation.
  • Supports the executive team in crafting, developing, and refining a center-led supply chain.
  • Stays abreast of business situations and market trends to identify opportunities to drive competitive advantage.
  • Prepares regular communications for performance and initiatives to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of distribution, logistics, warehousing and fulfilment methods.
  • Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems; history of optimizing processes and functions.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferences:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Thorough understanding of company products, operations, and logistics.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or related fields
  • Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative outside-the-box thinker.
  • Proven track-record of creating strategy to increase efficiency, speed, and optimization.
  • Experience training and mentoring employees, including reinforcement of organizational guidelines and policies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and distributors.
