The Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled Carpenters and Sunroom Installers to join our in-house team. As a Jacob crew member, you’ll help bring homeowners’ visions to life by constructing high-quality sunrooms and decks that meet our company’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install sunrooms, enclosures, and decks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Read and follow blueprints and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and safe worksite.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
  • Operate and care for tools and equipment responsibly.

What You Bring (Qualifications):

  • Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or home improvement installation.
