The Clerical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support, including the processing and distribution of medical records, EOBs, UB-92 forms, and itemized statements for both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

A day in this role would look like: breaking down mail, rotate through mail handling, receiving claims from multiple sources, responsible for working online files in lock box, responsible for work cues, handling requests, hospital billing and professional fees.

Job Duties:

- Fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB-92s, and itemized statements.

- Deliver documentation to designated internal and external business unit contacts.

- Perform general office duties including sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, and indexing documents.

- Handle mail printing, tracking, and distribution.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
