Job description

We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop-up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations
  • Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments
  • Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty
  • Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers
  • Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals
  • Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Work with the team to improve event outcomes


What We’re Looking For:

  • Ambitious, self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment
  • Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Eager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancement
  • Able to work independently in retail or event-based settings
  • Flexible and reliable — must be willing to work weekends and retail hours


Qualifications:

  • No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods

  • Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week.

  • This role is inside big box retailers, the Retail Event Marketing Assistant will be required to travel within a designated 40 mile territory to assigned location
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
