Job description

Hospitality Innovations is solutions company bringing technology advancements to the hospitality industry. We are seeking people willing to make a real difference in a young company and have a hand in shaping how the hospitality industry operates in the future. We are building a leading technology platform and want people who value creativity, agency, integrity, and simplicity in finding solutions to complex problems.

Ideally, you’re an experienced software engineer looking for an opportunity to help grow a young company while growing your career and knowledge base. You want to take on a leadership role within a startup company, and help shape the future of the product and the industry you are working in. You must be able to work independently as well as within a team and look forward to solving complex problems with easy-to-use solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Work directly with our CTO on product system architecture, external application integrations, company best practices

· Lead a team of software engineers to develop multi-platform products across iOS, android, and the web

· Work with product managers and strategic clients to create new products and develop enhancements to current product base

· Help to scale and grow the Hospitality Innovations product from technical development to customer support, to strategic company growth

Ideally you would have:

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with current multi-platform development tools and multi-platform app deployment, Flutter / Dart experience ideal
  • Strong relational database background, Cloud Data experience a plus
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Self-Starter who has worked in a remote/partial remote environment, with a willingness to contribute ideas and work in a strong team environment
