Job description


The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Responsibilities
  • Support project managers and business partners in planning, coordinating, and tracking strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing project information, meeting facilitation, action-item management, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and help coordinate activities across multiple business areas.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and visual communications for various leadership audiences.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve project efficiency, communication quality, meeting effectiveness, and knowledge management.
  • Support Agile delivery practices through participation in planning sessions, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, templates, tools, and knowledge resources while ensuring information is organized, accessible, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
  • Contribute to team initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in leadership development, mentorship, networking, and learning opportunities throughout the Summer Associate Program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business, project management, strategy or any related programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, establish credibility, and foster productive working relationships.
  • Ability to navigate differing perspectives, build alignment, and help teams move toward informed decisions and productive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple workstreams, shift seamlessly between priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think holistically, identify connections and dependencies, and understand broader organizational impacts.
  • Ability to operate independently on assigned work, exercise sound judgment, and follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
