Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Job Summary
The Summer Technology Maintenance Assistant supports the school's technology needs during the summer months by preparing student devices for the upcoming academic year. This role ensures that Chromebooks and other student computers are properly updated, configured, and ready for use while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform summer maintenance and preparation of student computers and technology equipment.
  • Update and configure Chromebooks with current student accounts, login credentials, and required school applications.
  • Verify device functionality, internet connectivity, and software updates.
  • Reset, organize, and inventory student devices for deployment at the start of the school year.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on Chromebooks and other student computers.
  • Assist with technology setup and preparation for classrooms and school staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of device assignments, updates, and repairs.
  • Follow school technology policies and protect the confidentiality of student information.

Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Chromebooks, Google Workspace for Education, and computer maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
