Interns collaborate with professional engineers, develop technical skills, and learn about the software development lifecycle in a practical setting. This internship is designed to help participants apply classroom knowledge, explore career interests, and build a network within the tech industry. Many employers use these internships to identify and recruit future full-time employees.

Most companies pair interns with mentors or assign them to teams where you'll receive regular guidance, code reviews, and feedback sessions. You'll participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
