Job description

We are looking for a mechanical designer to join the team reporting to the Chief R&D Designer for VCC Accessories. This role will allow you to leverage your creativity and mechanical expertise to develop parts and systems. You will play a key role in the design, development, and validation of various projects.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop accessories for our current and future side-by-side vehicles

  • Take projects from initial concepts through to production

  • Participate in component development and oversee prototype manufacturing

  • Create the modeling and technical drawings required for the manufacture of new accessories

  • Collaborate on problem-solving with the team's designers and engineers

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • D.E.C. in mechanical engineering, design track, or equivalent

  • Initiative, independence, and excellent teamwork skills

  • Ability to communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing, in simple situations

  • Knowledge of CATIA or SolidWorks software
