To thrive as a Summer Server+, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment are essential, along with relevant experience in food and beverage service. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, food safety regulations, and any required alcohol service certifications are typically necessary. Excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude help individuals stand out in this role.
