Servers at our resort play a key role in creating warm, memorable dining experiences for guests across multiple outlets, including our full-service Santa Ana Café, Plaza Grill and Rio Bar & Grill. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering attentive, friendly service.
Servers may work in one or more of the following locations:
  • Santa Ana Café - Our full-service restaurant offering a welcoming, sit-down dining experience and a focus on genuine hospitality. Servers here guide guests through the menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, and deliver attentive service from start to finish.
  • Plaza Grill - A relaxed, poolside outlet serving light summer fare such as fresh salads, hand-crafted sandwiches, and refreshing tropical cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. Servers help create a fun, easygoing atmosphere for guests enjoying a day by the pools.
  • Rio Bar & Grill - A casual, high-energy venue offering approachable favorites and quick, friendly service. Servers ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for in a laid-back setting.
Servers take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, maintain clean and organized service areas, and uphold resort service standards. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to connect with guests from all over the world.
  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience across full-service and limited-service outlets.
  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on menu knowledge.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations and dining areas.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve issues or escalate concerns when needed.
  • Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Support team members during busy periods, including running food, restocking supplies, and assisting with setup and breakdown.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
  • Represent the resort with professionalism, hospitality, and a guest-first mindset at all times.
