Premier Pool Management (PPM) is adding additional Lifeguards to our team for Winter, Spring and Summer. If you enjoy working in a fun environment with opportunities to meet new people from all around the world this is the perfect position for you. Ideal candidates should have a proven history of great customer service, effective communication, and shown to have the ability to be a team player. Lifeguards with PPM enjoy flexible hours, with territories covering the entire DMV region offering a selection of locations.

Applicants must be punctual, responsible and able to multitask. Prior experience is not necessary; however, current Lifeguard certification is required. Certification courses are available for selected candidates. Candidates must be able to meet the following base requirements:

  • Have current lifeguard and First Aid/AED certification.
  • Maintain the filtration system and pool chemistry.
  • Keep pool area and restrooms clean.
  • Ensure gate control along with site specific requirements.
  • Provide great customer service, while ensuring patron safety at all times.
  • Pool Operator Certificate is a plus.
