Seeking a BC/BE full-time Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our growing Elder Care team in Duluth, MN

Position Details:

  • Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program
  • Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits
  • Practice includes 2 NPs
  • Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package
  • Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation

Requirements:
  • BC/BE Geriatrician or
  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
  • BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
