Description:
Pay Range: $112,500 - $153,000 per year
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)
Permanent Placement Fee: 18%
Admin fee 15% running through calendar year 2025
This is an on-site role in Salina, KS. Remote work is not available. Must be willing to relocate.
Clinical Pharmacist - Emergency Medicine
Join the dedicated and growing pharmacy team at Salina Regional Health Center as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist. You'll be at the forefront of patient care in a 26-bed emergency department with Level III Trauma Center designation, supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually - and playing a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine pharmacy services.
Your Role:
As an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

  • Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education
  • Lead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives
  • Participate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.
  • Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practice
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenarios
  • Participate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient safety and care excellence
