What You'll Actually Do
Be matched one-on-one with a child or teen with special needs in their home.
Provide companionship, emotional support, social engagement, and assistance with ADLs as needed.
Give families a reliable, planned break by serving as part of their support system.
Receive full onboarding before your first shift.

What We're Looking For
Current college student, any year.
Interested in working with children or teens with special needs.
Reliable, patient, and emotionally present.
Available 15-20 consistent hours per week.
Able to pass a Live Scan background check.
Reliable transportation throughout Orange County.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour DOE
Weekly Pay: Yes - direct deposit every Friday
