To thrive in a Summer Paid Internship, you need a strong academic background, relevant coursework, and an eagerness to learn, often supported by enrollment in a degree program. Familiarity with workplace productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and sometimes industry-specific software, is typically expected. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork are essential soft skills that help interns stand out.
