Rancho de Los Caballeros is looking for experienced wranglers with an outgoing personality and love for people and horses to join our team!
Located in the historic cowboy town of Wickenburg Arizona, Rancho de Los Caballeros has been providing our guests with quality horses, fun experiences and above all safety, for over 70 years.
If you're looking for an authentic guest ranch experience and a rewarding work environment that provides guests and employees with lasting memories, Los Cab is the place for you!
You will have to know your way around a horse with this job. You will be responsible for riding and exercising ranch horses for the up coming winter season. There will be trail maintenance and fencing involved as well as care for a herd of 40 horses during the summer , and as many as 120 during the winter month. Feeding, doctoring, bathing, cleaning tack, grooming, and anything else that may be needed and asked of you.
Requirements
Wrangler / Ranch hand / Can be seasonal or full time depending on the individual . $ 16. 00 per hour plus gratuities when we have guests in house. Lunch will be provided in a employee dining room on days you work. Limited housing available, a room in a shared apartment, Free laundry room provided as well as Wi- Fi (if living on property) . This ranch is a luxury resort in Wickenburg Arizona. Employees must dress western to keep up with the look the ranch inspires . No smoking or vaping during working hours , definitely no drugs. Valid driver's license required to drive ranch vehicle's . Must be eligible to work in the US, and bring appropriate documentation on first day .Employee may keep one horse on property as long as the horse can be used on the operation. No dogs.
