Hospitality Expert - Leader of Fun and Service

As a Hospitality Expert at Team Primo’s Ben & Jerry’s, you'll manage full-time shifts, embodying our commitment to fun, love, equity, and superior ice cream. This role is designed for those who aspire to advance their career paths, potentially growing into roles such as Catering Experts or Social Media & PR Managers.

Hospitality Experts are the backbone of our daily operations, both in-store and at various events. You'll lead by example, demonstrating world-class customer service and engaging directly with our team to ensure operational excellence. This position offers the chance to grow personally and professionally while making a significant impact on our community.
