We are looking for an Assistant Guest Services Manager to join our Rooms Division! The Assistant Guest Services Manager supports the daily operation of the Front Drive at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. This role helps ensure exceptional guest service across the Bell, Valet, Ski Valet, Door, and Guest Service Coordinator Teams. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Guest Services Manager to maintain smooth departmental operations, uphold service standards, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. This position plays a key role in coaching associates, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that the arrival and departure experience reflects the high standards of Spruce Peak and Hyatt.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience. 

Besides great pay and benefits the work is interesting, challenging and you'll have opportunities to grow. Stowe is a great place to put down roots; mountain bike in the summer, ski in the winter, world-class breweries and small farms; a great place to play during your time off or to raise an active family.

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field and a minimum of 1-2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a guest-facing role preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence.
  • Ability to remain flexible, calm, and solutions-oriented i90n a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of driving both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Property Management Systems (training available).
  • Familiarity with SMS, ADP, and Hyatt Rewards is an asset.
  • Must be able to:
    • Lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
    • Stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
    • Bend, stoop, kneel, and handle equipment frequently.
