Our award-winning client is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager or GM to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Scripps Ranch location. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service in a counter-only model (To-go and Delivery - no dine-in)
  • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and labor expenses
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulation compliance
  • Oversee payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming dining experience
  • Partner with ownership to improve operations, control costs, and support marketing initiatives
  • Step in wherever needed to support the team and restaurant success
What We're Looking For
  • Restaurant management experience required
