Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant

Location: Meridian, Idaho
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually + Career Growth Opportunities

Our client's Boutique specializes in carefully designed and curated estate, antique, vintage, and fine jewelry from the Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, Retro, and Modern eras. Every piece has a history, and every client deserves an exceptional buying experience.

They are looking for a relationship-driven Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant who enjoys building lasting client relationships, appreciates craftsmanship, and is eager to become an integral part of a growing, family-owned business.

Our client is a fifth-generation family-owned luxury jewelry retailer specializing in exceptional estate, antique, vintage, and fine jewelry.

Unlike traditional jewelry stores, they don't sell mass-produced collections. Every piece in the boutique has been thoughtfully selected for its craftsmanship, beauty, and history.

The OpportunityThis is more than a retail sales position.

You'll become a trusted advisor to clients celebrating life's most meaningful moments while serving as a key member of our close-knit team. You'll help clients discover one-of-a-kind pieces, build long-term relationships, assist with boutique operations, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

What You'll Do
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional, personalized service
  • Guide customers through the purchase of estate, antique, vintage, and fine jewelry
  • Follow up with clients through phone calls, handwritten thank-you notes, and personalized outreach
  • Invite clients to boutique events and cultivate long-term relationships
  • Support daily boutique operations, merchandising, and presentation
  • Assist with social media content and digital engagement
  • Help maintain an elegant, welcoming showroom experience
  • Learn the history, craftsmanship, and unique characteristics of our curated jewelry collection
  • Collaborate with ownership to continually enhance the client experience
  • Support the continued growth of our boutique through outstanding service and professionalism
What We're Looking For
  • Five or more years of luxury retail, fine jewelry, luxury goods, or consultative sales experience preferred
  • Experience building long-term client relationships rather than transactional sales
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, polished, and engaging presence
  • Comfortable working in a family-owned business where collaboration and flexibility are essential
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus
  • Appreciation for fine craftsmanship, antiques, luxury products, or design is highly desirable
  • Gemology degree or similar training is a plus
