Genesys Contact Center Developer

Design, implement, and maintain Genesys contact center solutions. Configure and optimize contact center infrastructure to meet business requirements. Integrate Genesys software with existing systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Genesys solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.

Overall 5+ years of experience and proven experience with Genesys contact center technology. Strong understanding of telecommunications principles and contact center operations. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software components. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Genesys Engage Experience (Years): 4-6
