Job description

Welcome to Love's! Our customer service team is looking for a Contact Center Solutions Developer responsible for creating and maintaining custom tools and applications that enhance contact center workflows and user experience. This role emphasizes execution, continuous learning, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Job Functions:
  • Develop internal tools, automations, and web-based applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Build, test, deploy, and support well-defined tools, enhancements, automations, and components with guidance from senior technical contributors
  • Maintain documentation for systems and processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements
  • Assist with API integrations and data workflows
Experience and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and basic frameworks (React or similar)
  • Basic understanding of APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Contributes to team deliverables
  • Limited system ownership
