Description

The Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering department is searching for sophomore-, junior-, and senior-level students to hold regular tutoring sessions for undergraduate EECE courses (e.g. Physics, Digital Logic, Circuits, Semiconductor Electronics, Microprocessors, etc.) or to assist with students in freshmen- or sophomore-level lab exercises.

Students will be required to be trained before starting the position. Other responsibilities include reporting to the chair regarding hours, documenting tutoring sessions, etc. Applicants must have shown strong academic performance or have a strong recommendation from a current professor. Strong academic performance includes a GPA of 3.2 (or higher) and/or a B average (or better) in freshman- and sophomore-level engineering courses. Applicants must be actively enrolled in engineering courses at Lipscomb University.

May be eligible for Federal Work Study.
