As an Engineering Student for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. in Kelowna, British Columbia, you'll have the opportunity to support innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community. As a student at PCL, you will get the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive work environment which promotes personal and professional growth. 
We are seeking Engineering Students, for our BC Region district - Kelowna Office, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4-12 months starting in Septmeber 2026. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Project Manager. 
 

Here's how an Engineering Student for PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. within BC Region contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating work specific scope / trades
  • Participating in project meetings
  • Conducting deficiency walks
  • Inputting / Updating deficiency logs
  • Performing quantity takeoffs
  • Coordinating sub-trade work
  • Creating and updating schedules using Suretrak software
  • Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
  • Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.  

Pay Range: $21.73-$26.65


PCL Student wages are determined individually for each student based on the number of completed school terms, relevant work terms, kind of role and work location.
