Hello and thanks in advance for your interest! The CDBS I4.0 team is seeking a skilled and motivated summer student worker to assist with key digital manufacturing and 6 Sigma projects. Your work will potentially support multiple areas including:

  • Statistical Regression Analysis
  • DMAIC Processes
  • ANOVA
  • AI Computer Vision Systems
  • Prescriptive LLMs

...And others! This role is structured around the typical academic summer break, so it will be active from mid-May to mid-August (~2.5-3 months total). It's also on-site in Columbus, IN at the Cummins headquarters. Bachelor's students in Engineering, CS, Data Analytics, or related fields preferred.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hiring
  • Current Enrollment: You must be a current student in high school or in a college/university interested in pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
