Job description

We're seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst Intern to join our team in Summer 2027!
The Role:
This internship offers hands-on experience in Global Supply Chain, where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into Commodity Sourcing, Supplier Audits and Supplier Management. You'll collaborate with the Procurement team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
The Procurement Analyst Intern will gain an understanding of TMH procurement practices through training and integration into our daily tasks. Their main objectives will include developing a commodity strategy to support TMH's current and future business needs and completing projects to support standardizing TMH Procurement processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will perform functions including:
  • Develop a sourcing strategy for a global supply chain through mapping the available supply base, evaluating current supplier performance, and evaluating industry trends.
  • Executing RFIs, RFQs, and conducting supplier audits to evaluate qualification status and benchmark costs to ensure supply base cost competitiveness
  • Minimize and eliminate supply chain risks by quickly addressing concerns and active supplier management aimed at building long-term transparent relationships.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement internally and throughout the supply chain.

What We're Looking For:
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and highly talented in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a fast-paced environment, acting with a sense of urgency when faced with organizational risk.
  • Must be able to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, IN, for the duration of the Summer 2027 internship.
