Kowalski's and Starbucks offer a combined training program that is devoted to supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of our baristas and emerging leaders. Our hands-on training approach thoroughly educates baristas on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.
Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Requirements:
  • Flexible to schedule any shift between 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
    • Available to work 20 - 35 hours/week
      • Mon - Fri Shifts specifically needed
      • Occasional weekends & some holidays
    • Year-Round Availability Needed
      • No temporary or summer positions available
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
    • Handling food according to state health codes
    • Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service

    • Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
