  • Set and implement expectations for campers and coaches

  • Ensure areas are set-up and taken apart in-line with hour-to-hour needs

  • Be able to coach at least 5 campers simultaneously

  • Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment

  • Follow-up with parents as needed to ensure expectations are met

  • Follow discipline practices with climbers to ensure expectations are met
