About the Role:
United Subrogation Associates is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Subrogation Recovery professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by recovering funds and delivering results in a fast-paced, specialized legal and insurance environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and evaluate subrogation claims to identify recovery opportunities
  • Manage a caseload of subrogation files from inception through resolution
  • Negotiate settlements with adverse parties, insurers, and legal representatives
  • Draft and send demand letters and supporting documentation to liable third parties
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers, attorneys, and internal teams to maximize recovery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in claims management systems
  • Monitor statutes of limitations and ensure timely pursuit of recovery actions
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in subrogation, insurance claims, or collections recovery
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with property & casualty, auto, or workers' compensation subrogation principles
  • Ability to analyze liability, damages, and coverage to assess recovery potential
  • Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
