Job description

Summary of Position:

This position will be working with the company’s Contacts Dept, Accounts Payable Dept, Project Managers, Sub-Contract owners, and Insurance agents during all stages of construction to effectively manage MP Nexlevel’s sub-contracting business. Position may also expand to applying for city and state licenses and material purchase order creation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work with project managers to coordinate the use of sub-contractors

· Obtain sub-contractor documentation including sub-contracts, insurance, and bonding information

· Request Sub-contractor certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals

· Review and evaluate sub-contractor insurance and endorsements for compliance

· Provide certificates of insurance to our clients

· Process business license’s and Maintain tracking database

Essential Education and Qualifications:

· Requires 2 years minimum level of experience in insurance business

· Obtain and maintain an individual state insurance license per continuing education credits

· Must have the ability to manage multiple team members and tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Must possess strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up

· Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

· Prior experience in contracts documentation and follow up

· Strong verbal communication

Wage: $25 - $30 /hr
