Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cocktail Waitress to join our team! You will create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, helping fellow cocktail waitress if needed, taking dine-in orders and occasional to-go orders, delivering beverages in a timely fashion, managing your side work, and resolving customer issues.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for guests. A natural people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working, faced paced, and efficient team that cares about great food and guest experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Educate guests on our off-menu items, popular items, and provide recommendations.
  • Take orders from guests for food and beverages.
  • Assist guests with all questions about our food and/or beverages.
  • Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure guest experience is up to our high-quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
  • Assist running food/beverages whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
  • Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Alert management of any guest complaints, long wait times for food, mistakes, etc.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cocktail waitress (1 year).
  • Friendly and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to memorize ingredients in the food menu and cocktails.
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, liquor, and beer.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and deliver drinks and plates of food for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest needs.
  • Must have courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Trustworthy and able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate guestsโ€™ needs to managers and kitchen.
