Stuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential. The Diamond and Gemstone team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller's offerings.
The Diamond and Gemstone Sales Executive is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing and managing relationships with jewelry retailers. This role requires extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, market trends, and the luxury jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer portfolio to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with jewelry retailers
  • Present diamond and gemstone collections, new product launches, and custom sourcing solutions
  • Educate customers on diamond and gemstone specifications
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable sales
  • Collaborate with our diamond and gemstone procurement and merchant teams
  • Attend Stuller and industry customer events as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activities
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining exceptional service levels
  • Assist D&G Sales and Sales phones as required

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing to travel as needed (10%)
  • Problem solving

Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of GIA Diamond or Gemstone courses
  • At least one year of consultative sales experience
