Summary

Assemble materials, packaging, sequence materials, or preparation of materials for distribution via mail, ups, couriers or carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hand assembles mailings and packages per specification of customers. Includes stapling , folding, and inserting pieces in envelopes for mailing.
  • Visually matching names and addresses during stuffing to insure accuracy.
  • Building kits
  • Hand labeling on documents, letters and packaging
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent to assure basic reading, math as well as communication.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand, walk, each with hands and arms, using hand to finger, handle, or feel, stoop and ocassionally kneel or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and ocassionally lift up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
