Job Summary:
As the General Manager, you will oversee all personal and operational aspects of the club, ensuring it runs efficiently and provides an excellent experience for all members. You will actively sell memberships, address customer concerns, and drive new client acquisition. By engaging with each potential client, you will understand their background, goals, and motivations for their health journey, building trust and identifying solutions that help them achieve a healthier life.
With a sales background, you will confidently promote memberships and training services. Your role includes managing day-to-day tasks, welcoming guests and members, and leading staff to work as a cohesive unit. As the face of the club, you will be personable and approachable, demonstrating self-motivation, strong leadership skills, effective collaboration and communication, and the ability to positively influence others.
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
