StretchLab Westport is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Membership Manager to help grow our studio community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-paced wellness environment.
As a Membership Manager, you'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting membership consultations, enrolling new members, and creating an exceptional client experience from first interaction through long-term membership.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct membership consultations and enroll new members
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations
  • Build relationships within the local community and create referral opportunities
  • Execute sales outreach and prospecting activities
  • Support studio events, promotions, and community partnerships
