Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Opérations, les RH et les gestionnaires d'embauche afin d'élaborer des stratégies de recrutement, de rechercher activement des talents, de gérer les bassins de candidats et de veiller à ce que les postes soient comblés efficacement sans compromettre la qualité.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer le processus de recrutement complet pour un volume important de postes au sein de plusieurs secteurs d'activité.
  • Rechercher, contacter et évaluer les candidats via LinkedIn Recruiter, les plateformes d'emploi, les recommandations, le réseautage et la prise de contact directe.
  • Effectuer des entrevues de présélection avec les recruteurs afin d'évaluer l'adéquation technique, les compétences en communication, la motivation et l'adéquation à la culture d'entreprise.
  • Constituer et maintenir un bassin de talents pour répondre aux besoins de recrutement récurrents.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d'embauche afin de comprendre la planification des effectifs, les priorités d'embauche et l'évolution des besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Coordonner les entrevues et maintenir une communication claire tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Offrir une expérience de candidat exceptionnelle, de la première prise de contact à l'acceptation de l'offre. Tenir à jour les dossiers des candidats et les données de recrutement dans le système de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Suivre les indicateurs de rendement du recrutement et identifier les pistes d'amélioration de l'efficacité et des résultats d'embauche.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de recrutement, des guides d'entrevue et des meilleures pratiques d'embauche.
  • Offrir du soutien aux initiatives de marque employeur, aux événements de recrutement et aux campagnes de recrutement, selon les besoins.

Requirements

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement complet, idéalement dans le cadre de recrutements à grande échelle.
  • Expérience du recrutement dans les secteurs du soutien à la clientèle, des opérations, du jeu vidéo, de l'externalisation des processus d'affaires (BPO), des technologies ou des secteurs similaires.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer simultanément plusieurs postes à combler tout en maintenant un niveau de qualité et de réactivité élevé.
  • Excellentes compétences en sourcing, avec la capacité d'identifier et de contacter proactivement des talents passifs.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci exceptionnel du détail.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume (Freelance/Remote MTL)
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across our Montreal studio. You'll partner closely with Operations, HR, and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure roles are filled efficiently without compromising quality.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
