Position: Full-Time Studio Manager
Industry: Fitness / Sales / Leadership
ABOUT ORANGETHEORY FITNESS BOLTON
Orangetheory Fitness Bolton is looking for a driven, energetic, and results-focused Studio Manager to lead our studio and team to the next level.
We are looking for more than someone who can manage a schedule. We want a leader, coach, and business-minded individual who is passionate about people, sales, fitness, and creating an exceptional member experience.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, know how to motivate a team, and take ownership of results, this could be the opportunity for you.
THE ROLE
As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall performance of the studio.
You will work closely with the ownership team and coaching staff to create a high-energy environment where members feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and motivated to keep coming back.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and hold the studio team accountable to performance expectations.
  • Manage and support Sales Associates and Coaches.
  • Build a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
  • Conduct regular team communication, meetings, coaching, and performance follow-ups.
  • Ensure staff understand and consistently follow studio policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example in professionalism, energy, sales, and member service.
Sales & Membership Growth
  • Take ownership of studio sales performance and membership growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into members.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with leads, intro guests, former members, and prospects.
  • Coach the sales team on effective communication, follow-up, closing, and member conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to increase membership value and improve retention.
  • Track key performance indicators and take action when results are below expectations.
Member Experience & Retention
  • Create an exceptional experience from the first interaction through the entire member journey.
  • Build strong relationships with members and become a familiar and trusted face in the studio.
  • Address member concerns professionally and find solutions that protect the member relationship.
  • Monitor attendance, engagement, cancellations, and retention opportunities.
  • Help create a community that makes people want to come back.
Studio Operations
  • Oversee the daily operation and presentation of the studio.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, welcoming, and operating to brand standards.
  • Manage schedules, staffing needs, studio communications, and operational priorities.
  • Work with ownership on equipment, maintenance, technology, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are consistently followed.
  • Help control expenses and identify opportunities to improve studio profitability.
Marketing & Community Growth
  • Assist with planning and executing local marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Build relationships within the Bolton community.
  • Help organize studio events, challenges, member appreciation initiatives, and community activities.
  • Leverage social media and local partnerships to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is:
  • A natural leader who can motivate and hold people accountable.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident and comfortable having sales and performance conversations.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals.
  • Energetic, positive, and passionate about fitness and helping people.
  • A strong communicator who can connect with members and staff.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with ownership and the team.
  • Someone who takes ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in fitness, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, management, or a leadership role is an asset.
Experience managing a sales-driven team or membership-based business is considered a strong asset.
Fitness industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong leadership, sales ability, and a passion for people.

  • Improving member retention.
  • Increasing sales and revenue.
  • Building a strong and accountable team.

  • Developing a strong local community around Orangetheory Fitness Bolton.
  • Helping make the studio a place where members and staff genuinely want to be.
WHY JOIN US?

You will have the opportunity to:
  • Lead and develop a team.
  • Build your management and business skills.
  • Make a measurable impact on studio performance.
  • Work in a high-energy fitness environment.
  • Be part of a passionate community.
  • Grow with the business and take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
