Studio Manager
BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 base + bonus
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
BODY20® is revolutionizing fitness with Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology - offering a full-body workout in just 20 minutes. We're on a mission to help people unlock their full potential - and we're looking for a Studio Manager to lead our studio team, drive business growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.
  • Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-up, building strong client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.
  • Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in-studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including revenue, retention, sales conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
  • Serve as the face of BODY20® within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.
