The Studio Ambassador assists in running all "front of house “fitness studio operations. Ideal candidate a passion for health and fitness and has basic sales experience great customer service experience. The position is the opportunity to work in a great environment and engage with like minded individuals that are looking to Live longer and healthier!! Fitness Membership Associate Job Duties

  • Offer and deliver top of the line Customer Service for our existing members
  • Work on setting up individuals who reach out to the studio with a free first class.
  • Learn and maintain health and fitness goals with our prospective members.
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls.
  • Conduct Orangetheory Fitness studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
  • Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the OTF studio.
  • Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
