Job Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving studio growth and providing exceptional service to both prospective and current members. This position supports the Studio Manager in executing all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, member engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. The Sales Associate represents the brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity, creating a welcoming environment that encourages members to become part of the Pilates community.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Execute all stages of the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing new membership sales.
  • Greet all members and prospective members warmly and ensure a positive studio experience from first contact to conversion.
  • Conduct informative and engaging tours of the studio, effectively identifying and addressing each prospect's fitness goals and needs.
  • Present available membership packages, services, and programs confidently and clearly.
  • Maintain an acceptable and consistent level of sales performance in accordance with monthly targets.
  • Engage with prospects before, during, and after intro classes to ensure strong connections and a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support retention efforts by providing excellent customer service and fostering member relationships.
  • Assist with booking and confirming appointments via phone, text, and email to drive lead conversion.
  • Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, open houses, member appreciation days) to promote studio visibility.
  • Maintain accurate lead and member information in the designated sales system (ClubReady experience preferred).
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the studio environment.
  • Uphold the mission and values of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Wage & Compensation:
The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws.
Sales Associates earn 10% commission on any sales made.
Benefits:
Sales Associates are required to work an average of 30 hours a week throughout a six-month lookback period to qualify for benefits.
ALL Spartan employees are eligible to participate in the Spartan 401K program with up to a 5% match.
