Job description

The Creative Production Assistant will report to the Head of Animation at AI Studios and assist the team on greenlit projects across development, production, and post-production.
Key job responsibilities
-Works directly with and assists Animation Executives.
Assist in managing the project submission, pitches, production, and post.
-Development and Greenlit tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes.
-Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams) and external partners.
-Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems.
-Maintain database of series assets and assist with building PowerPoint presentations.
-Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape.
-Shadowing and support of creative projects.
