Job description

About Creatify
Creatify is building the world's first end-to-end AI advertising agent-a platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle, from scripting and avatar-led generation to testing, optimization, and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
We've surpassed 3 million users across 18,000+ teams. Leading brands-including Applovin, Alibaba, HubSpot, Binance, NewsBreak, and Zumper-use Creatify to produce personalized, high-performing video ads in minutes.
We have raised $24M in funding from leading Silicon Valley firms including WndrCo, Kindred Ventures, Millennium New Horizons, NFDG, Comcast Ventures, Creator Ventures, Leadout Capital, Hat Trick Capital, and many more. Check out our latest coverage by Fast Company, TechCrunch, Bloomberg TV, and our recognition as one of IVP Enterprise AI 55 in 2024.
Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans. Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.
You built and ran an agency. You know what it's like to win a pitch at 11pm, rescue a creative review gone sideways, and squeeze margin out of a production pipeline that always wants to blow up. Now imagine running that playbook with an AI production engine behind you - one that turns 2-4 week turnarounds into days and $3K videos into a fraction of that.
That's Creatify Studio: human-led strategy, AI-powered production, done-for-you video ads at scale. We're hiring a former agency owner or senior agency operator to help us build it into the agency model that replaces the old one.
What you'll do
  • Own the Studio client experience end to end - from pitch and onboarding through strategy, creative direction, delivery, and renewal
  • Bring real agency judgment to every ad: brief quality, hook selection, creative testing strategy, and the taste that separates ads that convert from ads that just exist
  • Design and refine the Studio operating model - pricing, packaging, SLAs, margin, and the workflows that let a small team deliver at agency scale
  • Work directly with product and engineering to shape the Creatify platform around what real client work demands; you are the voice of the practitioner inside the building
  • Hire and lead creative strategists and producers as Studio grows
  • Turn your agency scar tissue into repeatable playbooks: winning pitches, managing scope, handling difficult feedback, keeping retention high

What we're looking for
  • You founded, co-founded, or ran P&L for a creative, performance marketing, or social media agency - ideally one focused on paid social video (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • You've personally owned client relationships: sold the work, defended the work, and kept clients for years
  • Deep fluency in performance creative - hooks, UGC formats, iteration velocity, creative testing, and reading ad account data well enough to know what to make next
  • Operator's mindset: you've built processes, managed margins, and know where agency delivery breaks down
  • Genuine excitement about AI-generated video - not as a threat to the agency model, but as the thing that finally fixes its economics
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where the playbook is being written as you run it

Nice to have
  • You've sold or wound down an agency and are looking for your next chapter with leverage
  • Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or app-install advertisers
  • You've already experimented with AI creative tools in client work

Why this role
  • Leverage you've never had. Every instinct you built over years of agency work, multiplied by a production engine that ships in hours instead of weeks
  • Real ownership. Studio is a core bet for Creatify - you'll shape the offering, the team, and the P&L, not inherit someone else's org chart
  • The right side of the shift. Creative is now the targeting. The brands winning are the ones producing the most, and Studio is built for exactly that world
  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity, health benefits, and the budget to build the team you need
