Responsibilities

The Student Nurse Tech participates as a member of the nursing team in the delivery of quality patient care. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Student Nurse Tech performs selected delegated patient care procedures. Observes patient condition and reports and records information. Assists health care team with specific treatments and/or procedures in an acute or intermediate care facility.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One semester of Nursing Fundamentals and one semester of Nursing Clinical for a total of 2 Clinical Semesters.
  • Certification as a CNA on file with the State of Maryland.
  • BLS CPR

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
