As a Student, Payroll Operations Support, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the payroll team through data analysis, documentation, administrative support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Accomplish with Us

As a Student, Payroll Operations Support, you will be at the core of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform validations and reconciliations of payroll-related data;
  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of payroll files while meeting established deadlines;
  • Produce and update reports using Excel and other data management tools;
  • Document procedures and maintain operational documentation for the team;
  • Contribute to the mapping and improvement of payroll processes;
  • Collaborate on automation and optimization initiatives related to administrative activities;
  • Support the team in follow-ups with internal partners;
  • Complete other related tasks that contribute to the efficiency and quality of payroll operations.
