Position Description
Posting Number 01081 Position Title Student - Broadcast Video Department Athletics: Administrative Position Summary
The Student - Broadcast Video will be responsible for helping to stream live sporting events and producing other video content for the Stevenson athletics website, GoMustangSports.com. The sports information office streams home basketball, football, field hockey, ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball in addition to other select sporting events and promotional shows. Students may also be tasked with editing features and highlight packages of Stevenson Athletics games, gameday environment training, and transferring equipment from one location to another as needed.
Education/Experience
Currently enrolled Stevenson University student in good standing with the University, both academically and judicially. Prefer video editing experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Ability
  • Knowledge of video editing
  • Knowledge, skills, and interest in covering live events through video
  • Ability to use video/editing equipmentย 
  • Punctuality, reliability and a general interest in sports
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn of the Stevenson University sports
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Keyboarding, standing and/or sitting, walking, talking and hearing. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal. Subject to both environmental conditions; activities occur inside and outside.ย  ย
