Job description

High School Student Success Specialist
Serving with Leading Youth Through Empowerment, the member will support organizational efforts to strengthen student success programming, college readiness resources, and systems that promote consistent student engagement and support. Working alongside staff, the member will assist in developing tools, communication systems, and programming resources that help students navigate academic, personal, and postsecondary planning processes. The member will contribute to creating organized systems for student goal tracking, outreach, and resource coordination while supporting workshops, events, and initiatives that foster student belonging and achievement. They will also assist in maintaining documentation and information management processes that strengthen the organization's ability to provide timely and personalized support to students. Through these activities, the member will help expand organizational capacity to deliver sustainable, student-centered programming that supports long-term student success.
Member Duties : Support the development of systems and tools that help students identify goals, track progress, and reflect on their growth and future aspirations. Assist in strengthening communication and outreach systems through reminders, check-ins, and resource-sharing processes that promote consistent student engagement. Help develop and organize college readiness resources, informational materials, and tools that make the college process more accessible and understandable for students. Contribute to planning and coordination efforts for workshops, celebrations, and community-building events that foster belonging and student achievement. Assist in maintaining organized documentation and student support records that strengthen advising systems and improve access to timely information. Support the development and refinement of processes that improve coordination, consistency, and effectiveness across student success programming.
